In the complicated political situation of the Republic of China,Shen Bao（the Shanghai Post）in Shanghai carried out a detailed report on the change of banner by the Northeast authorities.It not only reported the negotiation and compromise between the two sides in the course of the change of banner,but also reported in detail Japan＇s interference and obstruction of the change of banner for the sake of maintaining and expanding its rights and interests in the Northeast of China.Shen Bao presented a comprehensive,objective and true Northeast change of banner to the public.It reflected the contribution of the Chinese people to the reunification of the country,and also proved that Shen Bao was a responsible key newspaper of the Republic of China which always adhered to the principle of national unity.
