大厚度S460G2+M钢板TMCP工艺研究

摘要 采用低碳微合金成分、330 mm厚度断面连铸坯设计,为75 mm厚S460G2+M钢板生产制定不同的TMCP工艺。通过对冶炼成分、不同TMCP工艺、力学性能及金相组织进行对比研究分析,确定了合理的TMCP工艺,生产出综合性能良好的钢板。 Based on the design of low carbon microalloying composition,330 mm thickness slab, various TMCP techniques are established for 75 mm thickness S460G2 + M steel plate production. By comparative research and analysis on heat analysis, different TMCP techniques, mechanical properties and mierostrueture, rational TMCP technique is determined, steel plate with good comprehensive properties are produced.
