摘要
影响中厚板成材率的因素包括品种规格结构、烧损量、板型控制、钢板厚度偏差控制、剪切量以及废品率等,在定量分析各因素对成材率影响量的基础上,提出了提高成材率的具体方法。通过优化板坯加热过程、合理使用AGC厚度控制系统以及平面形状控制系统对厚度和板型进行控制、优化剪切余量控制等一系列措施,柳钢的中厚板成材率得到稳步提高,2017年达到94.92%。
The factors affecting the yield rate of medium plate include dimension,burning loss, plate profile con- trol, thickness deviation control, shear cutting loss and rejection rate, etc. Based on the quantitative analysis on various factors influencing yield rate, specific methods to increase the yield rate are proposed. A series of measures are implemented,i, e. , optimization of slab reheating process, rational application of AGC gauge control system, plane view control system to control the plate gauge and profile, optimized control of shearing margin, the plate yield rate of the medium plate mill in Liuzhou Steel has been steadily increasing,reaching to 94.92% in 2017.
