在生产设备日益自动化、高速化和复杂化的趋势下,笔者结合宣钢公司设备情况,通过设备故障管理的需求分析并应用目前先进的设备故障管理技术,制定系统功能框架和程序算法,基于VS2008开发平台和SQL Server 2008数据库设计开发设备故障台账管理系统,旨在统计设备故障率,并对故障进行汇总,找出设备维护过程中存在的问题,提高维护水平。

In the trend of increasingly automated, high-speed and complex production equipment, the author combines the equipment of Xuanhua Steel Maintenance Company and analyzes the requirements of equipment failure management and applies the current advanced equipment fault management techniques to formulate system function framework and program algorithm. Based on the VS2008 development platform and the SQL Server 2008 database, the fault ledger management system of the equipment is designed and developed. The purpose is to count the failure rate of the equipment, to summarize the faults, to find out the existing problems in the process of equipment maintenance and to improve the maintenance level.
