Under the background of the new period, the speed of science and technology development has been speeded up obviously. Through the in-depth study of the semantic network, it can provide valuable reference for the research staff. Based on this, the author takes the semantic web as the focus of research, and expounds the technology of software engineering data query processing based on semantic web to promote the development of software engineering.
