档案信息化建设的研究与实现分析

随着现代信息技术的快速发展,传统档案管理和建设模式已不适应时代发展潮流,提升档案信息化建设水平是重要的发展方向。但是从当前的情况来看,很多单位在档案信息化建设工作中还存在一定的问题,如信息化程度不高,专业人才缺失。笔者在深入分析单位档案管理特点的基础上,较为详细地阐述和分析了信息化档案建设路径,推动档案管理升级。

With the rapid development of modern information technology, the traditional file management and construction model has not been adapted to the trend of the times, and improving the level of file information construction is an important development direction. However, judging from the current situation, many organizations still have certain problems in the construction of file informationization. The degree of informatization is not high, and professionals are lacking. On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of unit file management, the author elaborates and analyzes the path of the construction of informatization files and promotes file management and upgrading.
