摘要
通过添加NAA激素、香蕉、马玲薯等物质改良MS培养基,改进初代苗和继代苗接种技术,采用不同光照强度及温度控制,改进白及苗繁育技术和生产工艺,优化制备、接种、培养等工序,重组制备、接种人员等,提高了白及组培苗繁育效率和质量,为祁门及周边地区大力发展林下经济,提升林地复合经营效益,推进林区精准扶贫奠定了坚实的基础。
In this paper,efficiency and quality for tissue culture seedling propagation of Bletilla striata were improved by improving MS medium with addition of materials including hormone 1-Naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA),bananas and potatoes and inoculation techniques for first-generation seedlings and successive seedlings,adopting different light intensities and temperature control,improving propagation techniques and production process,optimizing procedures including preparation,inoculation and culture and recombining processes and inoculation personnel,which laid a solid foundation for developing under-forest economy,improving compound management effects for forestland and promoting regional targeted poverty alleviation in Qimen County and surrounding areas.
