杜仲种子场圃发芽率的初步研究

Preliminary Study on the Germination Rate of Eucommia ulmoides Seeds in Nursery

以杜仲种子为研究对象,研究不同处理方法对杜仲种子场圃发芽率的影响。结果表明,温水浸种、层积催芽、赤霉素处理均能提高杜仲种子的场圃发芽率。其中两种温水浸种法场圃发芽率分别为57.6%、58.3%,层积催芽法场圃发芽率为54.6%,200 mg/L赤霉素(GA3)处理法场圃发芽率为54.9%。试验处理间差异不显著,但均显著优于对照。

In this paper,Eucommia ulmoides seeds were the study objects and a study was made on the effects of different treatments on the seed germination rate in nursery. The results showed that warm water soaking,stratification and gibberellin treatment could all improve the seed germination rate in nursery,of which the germination rates with two warm water soaking methods reached 57.6% and 58.3% respectively,the germination rate with stratification was 54.6% while that with 200 mg/L gibberellin（GA3） was 54.9%. There was no significant difference among the germination rates with different seed treatments in the experiment,but the germination rates were significantly higher than that of the control group.
