林业综合发展项目成效评价与分析——以岳西县为例

Effect Evaluation and Analysis on the Integrated Forestry Development Project——A Case Study of Yuexi County

本文在对岳西县实施的林业综合发展项目布局规划原则、范围、建设内容介绍的基础上,着重对项目实施6年来在丰富植物多样性,以及生态、社会和经济方面取得的成效进行了分析,认为该项目对恢复森林植被、遏制水土流失、增加群众收入等多方面具有显著成效,是一条行之有效的林业综合发展模式。

In this paper,based on an introduction to the layout and planning principles,scope and construction contents of the Integrated Forestry Development Project（IFDP） implemented in Yuexi County,a focused analysis was made on the effects of IFDP in the 6-yearlong implementation in enriching plant diversity and its ecological,social and economic effects achieved. It is believed that IFDP had significant effects in many aspects including restoring forest vegetation,curbing water loss and soil erosion and increasing income of the locals,and is an effective integrated forestry development model.
