摘要
通过研究乡村医生的历史演变过程,发现乡村医生的历史地位和作用十分突出,乡村医生是农村医疗服务的主要提供者、是农民健康的主要维护者,为农村卫生事业做出了突出贡献,但近年来村卫生室的基础作用正在削弱,农村三级医疗网已经或正在裂变、乡村医生在队伍建设、医技水平和工作积极性等方面都难以适应农村卫生事业发展的新形势。应探索多渠道加强乡村医生队伍建设、多形式提升乡村医生服务能力、多投入加强乡村医生保障,切实提高乡村医生在农村医疗服务供给中的能力和作用。
Through studying historical evolution of rural doctors, finds out that historical status and practical function of rural doctors are com-pletely standing out Rural doctors are major suppliers of rural medical service, and major vindicators of farmers, health as well. They have worked out standing out contribution. However, the basic function of village clinic are weakening in resent year. Rural three - level community -based primary health care has being fission, team construction of rural doctors, medical technical level and working initiatives are difficult to meet new situation of rural health development We should explore more ways to strengthen the construction of rural doctors, improve their serv-ice ability, and pay more investment to strengthen rural doctors’ security. Improve the capacity and function of rural doctors in rural medical services supply.
