基于文献计量学的国际移动医疗研究现状及热点分析

A bibliometric analysis on the research status and hot spot of international mobile health

[目的]梳理并分析了国际移动医疗领域的研究现状、研究前沿和重要的研究方向,为移动医疗的后续研究提供参考。[方法]以Web of Science核心合集数据库作为数据来源,检索2007-2017年移动医疗的相关文献,使用软件gCLUTO对纳入文献进行引文双聚类分析。[结果]移动医疗的研究热点有移动医疗干预有效性、对移动医疗的接受度、移动医疗在发展中国家的探索以及手机短信与智能手机应用程序在移动医疗中的应用5个方面。[结论]移动医疗是一个具有广阔发展前景的领域,双聚类分析能够为移动医疗的研究者提供有价值的信息。

Objective To analyze current status, frontier and important research area of international mobile health field. Methods It took Web of Science core collection databases as the data source, searched literature related to mobile health from 2007 to 2017. Intake literature were conducted citation biclustering analysis by software gCLUTO. Results There were five aspects in research focus such as effectiveness of mobile medical interventions, the acceptance of mobile health, the exploration of mobile health in developing countries, the application of mobile phone text messages and smartphone applications in mobile health. Conclusions Mobile health has vast development foreground field. Bicluster-ing analysis can provide more valuable information for mobile health researchers.
