工程教育背景下多元化人才协同培养模式研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对当前大学生个性多样化以及社会人才需求多元化的特点,文章提出了在工程教育背景下协同政府、社会、高校、企业等多方主体,共同培养多元化工程技术人才的人才培养模式。并从培养方案制定、师资队伍建设、实践基地共享以及实践教学体系构建等方面对该多元化人才协同培养模式进行了研究,指出该模式为推动高校工程教育教学体系和人才培养模式改革,培养具有工程素质、实践能力和创新能力的工程技术人才提供了直接有效的途径和措施。 In view of the current students' diverse individual and the diversification of social demand for talents, this paper putsforward the talent training model by collaborative government, society, universities and enterprises to cultivate diversified engineeringand technical personnel. The diversified collaborative talent training model was studied on the formulation of training plan, the con-struction of practice platform, building the teacher team and construction of the curriculum system. Finally, it is pointed out that thetalent training model providesa direct and effective way to promote the reform of the engineering education system and the personneltraining mode in colleges and universities, and the fostering engineering and technical personnel with engineering quality, practicala-bility and innovative ability.
