摘要
本研究X市所有高职院校档案人员的职业倦怠情况,结合实际提出针对高职院校档案人员的职业倦怠的一些建议。结论:广东X市高职院校档案工作人员职业倦怠的总体情况属于轻微的程度。"档案专业"、"待遇"和"工作任务"与去个性化上均存在显著差异;"待遇"、"工作环境"、"工作压力"、"工作任务"与情绪衰竭存在显著性差异;"工作环境"、"工作压力"与低个人成就感在统计学差异。措施:培养人才,建立好平台;通过职称、学历、绩效等提升待遇;规划档案室建设,注重身心健康;加强人文关怀,注重员工培训。
The job burnout of all higher vocational college archivists in X City was studied in this paper, and some suggestionson the job burnout of the archivists in higher vocational colleges were put forward. Conclusion: the overall situation of job burnout ofthe archival staff of higher vocational colleges in X city of Guangdong is in a slight degree; there exist significant differences among"archives", "treatment", "tasks" and personality; "treatment", "work environment", "pressure" and "task" and emotional exhaustion aresignificant different; "work environment", "working pressure" and low personal accomplishment are different in statistics. Measures:training talents, setting upa platform, enhancing treatment through professional titles, education and performance, planning recordroom construction, focusing on physical and mental health, strengthening humanistic care and focusing on staff training.
