留学生汉语课堂跨文化适应情况质性研究 被引量:4

A Qualitative Research on International Students' Cross-Cultural Adaptation to Chinese Classroom Interactions

摘要 本文采用质性研究方法,从跨文化及语言社会化视角探讨来华留学生对我国汉语课堂教学模式的适应情况,以及他们对不同教学方式的反响。研究表明,留学生的母语文化与中国文化在课堂交际常规上的差异对其汉语学习会产生深刻影响。亚洲学生因为与我们有相似的文化渊源而更容易适应我国的教育模式,而欧美学生因与我国文化背景存在悬殊差异而在跨文化适应过程中面临更大的挑战。面对文化差异,虽然有部分学生能够以积极的态度逐渐适应并接受我国的教学常规,但相当多的留学生很难适应我国传统汉语教学方式,有些甚至产生抵触情绪,从而使其汉语习得进程受到制约。文章最后依据调研结果提出相关教学启示,请专家学者批评指正。 By using qualitative research method, the study looks into international students' cross-cultural adaptation to Chinese classroom teaching methods and their reactions to different teaching methods from the perspectives of crossculture and language socialization. The study indicates that the differences in the students' home and host classroom participation patterns form strong impact on their Chinese learning. While the Asian students find it easier to adapt to our teaching method, because we have similar cultural backgrounds. But the Euro-American students tend to experience more challenges in their cross-cultural adaptation because of big difference in cultural background. Facing different cultures, some students in the study can gradually adapt to Chinese teaching methods positively, but quite some others find it hard to make adjustment. If the students resist adaptation, their Chinese acquisition progress could be restricted. The study then concludes by drawing several educational implications according to the research result. We welcome corrections from scholars and specialists.
