被动式房屋的优越性及其发展前景

文章主要从房屋选址、被动式房屋(以下简称被动房)设计、新风系统的使用以及成本回收等四个方面来论证被动式房屋相对于普通房屋的优越性。并列举在这种大前提下,国家及各地政府所给予的政策上的支持,以及因此给被动房所带来的光明前景。

In this paper, the advantages of passive housing compared with ordinary houses are demonstrated from four aspects：the location of houses, the design of passive houses, the use of fresh air system and the cost recovery. And the paper listed in thispremise, the policy support state and local governments give, and thus the bright prospects brought to the passive housing.
