垃圾焚烧发电厂运行过程与污染物排放在线监控系统的设计 被引量:2

摘要 文章将以昆明市垃圾焚烧发电厂运行过程与污染物排放在线监控系统建设项目为例,通过获取垃圾焚烧发电厂的主要工况监控数据,关联过程数据、状态数据、排污数据,进行数据有效性分析,验证污染源自动监控数据是否合理和监测设备是否正常运行,实现对垃圾焚烧发电厂运行过程及污染物排放实时监控,为垃圾发电厂监管部门提供一个强有力的监管手段,督促垃圾焚烧发电企业更好的履行环境保护责任。 In this paper, taking the construction project of operating process and pollutant emission on-line monitoring system ofKunming Municipal solid waste Incineration Power Plant as an example, the main operating condition monitoring data of MSW incin-eration power plant are obtained, and the process data, state data and discharge data are associated with each other. The validity ofthe data is analyzed to verify whether the automatic monitoring data of pollution source is reasonable and whether the monitoring e-quipment is running normally, and to realize the real-time monitoring of the operation process and pollutant emission of the wasteincineration power plant. To provide a strong regulatory means for the supervision of garbage power plants to urge waste incinerationpower generation enterprises to better perform their environmental protection responsibilities.
