摘要
在电厂进行发电机定子绕组重绕可以节约运输费用、缩短修复周期。但电厂不具备制造厂的工艺设施等条件,不便于施工作业,所以在电厂进行发电机定子绕组重绕,必须制定适合于现场条件的工艺方案及施工要求,使施工质量达到设计要求。针对TAKS668MW汽轮发电机定子绕组固定结构特点制定了现场条件定子绕组重绕工艺方案及施工要求,运行验证制定工艺方案及施工要求达到预期目的。得出这种支架绑环端部结构形式的发电机定子绕组在现场进行定子绕组重绕能够达到施工质量要求。
Rewinding of generator stator winding in power plant can save transportation cost and shorten repair period. However,the power plant does not have the conditions such as manufacturing facilities, so it is not convenient for construction, and the gener-ator stator winding rewinding in the power plant must be made suitable to the site conditions of the process plan and constructionrequirements, so that the construction quality meets requirements for the design. According to the fixed structure characteristics ofstator windings of TAKS 668MW turbogenerator, the process scheme and construction requirements of stator winding rewinding underfield conditions are formulated, and the operation verification and construction requirements are achieved. It is concluded that thestator winding and rewinding of the generator stator winding in the field can meet the requirements for construction quality.
