摘要
文章通过对玻璃烧结连接器电镀工艺的分析,研发出一种用于电镀中铜丝挂绑工序的自动化设备,可以实现该工序的自动化。改进后的电镀工艺可提高生产效率和产品的一致性,增强连接器的可靠性,满足该产品在不同环境下的使用要求。
Based on the analysis of the plating process of glass sintering connectors, a kind of automatic equipment for copperwire hanging and binding in electroplating has been developed, which can realize the automation of this process. The improved elec-troplating process can improve the production efficiency and product consistency, enhance the reliability of the connector, and meetthe requirements of the product in different environments.
