摘要
在不动产权证登记中,房屋产权建筑面积是其中非常重要的一项内容,因此在房产测绘中,需要对房产面积进行测绘。在当前不动产交易、登记确权和税费征收等工作中,都涉及到房产的实际建筑面积,因此在房屋竣工验收后,房产权利人或是利害关系人会邀请专业的测绘单位按照国家标准来对房屋面积进行测绘,以此来获得更为准确的房屋建筑面积。我国房产测绘事业起步较晚,在实际操作过程中还存在一些不足之处,从而对房产面积测绘质量带来了较大的影响,因此需要采取有效的措施加以控制,确保房产面积测绘质量的全面提升。
In the registration of the Real Property Ownership Certificate, the building area of housing property is one of the veryimportant contents, so in the real estate surveying, it is necessary to map the real estate area. In the current real estate transactions,registration and tax collection and other work, they all involve the actual building area, so after the completion and acceptance of thebuilding, real estate owners or interested parties will invite professional surveying agents to map the housing areain accordance withthe national standards, in order to obtain more accurate building area. The real estate surveying in our country started late, and thereare still some deficiencies in the actual operation, which has a great impact on the quality of the surveying of the real estate area,so it is necessary to take effective measures to control it, to ensure the overall improvement of the quality of real estate area survey-ing.
