高速公路无现金收费站运营模式探讨

目前,高速公路通行费支付方式主要有现金支付和非现金支付(ETC、银联卡等)两种方式。随着移动互联网、电子金融及支付技术的快速发展,移动支付特别是不停车移动支付等更便捷、高效的非现金支付方式开始在高速公路通行费支付方面得到应用。文章以齐鲁交通发展集团应用为例,围绕基于车牌识别的不停车移动支付技术,探讨高速公路无现金收费站业务管理模式。

At present,the highway toll payment mainly includes cash payment and non-cash payment etc. With the rapid devel-opment of mobile Internet,electronic finance and payment technology,mobile payment,especially non-stop mobile payment,andother more convenient and efficient non-cash payment methods began to be applied in highway toll payment. Taking Qilu Traffic De-velopment Group as an example,this paper discusses the management mode of freeway no-cash toll station business around thetechnology of non-stop mobile payment based on license plate recognition.
