新媒体时代的“被遗忘权”研究 被引量:2

摘要 大数据时代,隐私开始变得不再那么隐蔽,也不会随着记忆的模糊而消失。在此背景之下,"被遗忘权"进入到人们的视野之中。但在中国的特殊环境之下,隐私的保护意识相对较弱,相关法律不太健全。"被遗忘权"的提出有一定的历史背景,并在不同的历史背景之下其本质在变化。同时中国的媒介环境具有特殊性,"被遗忘权"在中国实施有其具体的背景,但同时也存在具体实施上的困境。
