摘要 目的分析鼻咽癌患者病理组织标本的硒结合蛋白1(SBP1)的表达情况,结合其随访资料分析SBP1的表达与其预后的相关性。方法利用免疫组化分析鼻咽癌患者病理组织标本中SBP1的表达,并进行量化分组为低表达组和高表达组。按照入组标准对99鼻咽癌患者长期随访的资料进行分析整理,分析了鼻咽癌患者病理组织标本中SBP1的表达情况与其预后的相关性。结果 SBP1在大多数鼻咽癌患者中呈现出低表达趋势,而且在癌巢细胞中的表达显著低于周围正常组织。进一步的研究表明低SBP1表达的鼻咽癌患者伴有更差的无复发、无转移和总体生存时间,并与高表达组相比存在统计学差异,但SBP1的表达与鼻咽癌肿瘤的TNM分级和临床分期无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 SBP1在鼻咽癌的病理组织标本中呈现出低表达趋势,且与患者总体生存期存在相关性,但与鼻咽癌患者的TNM分级和临床分期无相关性,因此SBP1可能成为预测鼻咽癌患者预后的生物标志物之一。 Objective To analyze expression of selenium binding protein 1 (SBP1) in pathological tissue of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the correlation between the expression of SBP1 and its prognosis combined with the follow-up data. Methods Expression of SBP1 in pathological tissue of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was analyzed by analysis and the quantization group was divided into low expression group and high expression group. The data of long-term follow-up of 99 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were analyzed according to the enrollment criteria, and the correlation between the expression of SBP1 and the prognosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was analyzed. Results SBP1 showed a low expression tendency in most patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the expression in cancer nest cells was significantly lower than that in surrounding normal tissues. Further research showed that patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with low SBP1 expression were associated with worse relapse-free, metastasis, and overall survival time and there are statistical differences compared with the high expression group. The expression of SBP1 has no correlation with tumor TNM classification and clinical staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (P〉0.05). Conclusion SBP1 showed a low expression tendency in the pathological tissue samples of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and it was correlated with the overall survival of the patients. However, it has no correlation with the TNM classification and clinical stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients. SBP1 may be a predictor of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
