摘要
为提高车轴设计与优化过程中车轴强度评价效率,参照EN 13104规范中的计算方法,开发了基于Matlab GUI的车轴强度快速评价系统.在该系统界面的引导下,进行设计参数的分类导入和设置,通过Matlab所编译的语言程序进行计算处理,最后输出车轴截面的各项计算结果和轴身力矩图.以某型列车车轴为例,采用有限元仿真的方法进行对比验证.结果表明,该界面系统能实现对列车车轴强度的快速评价,并准确计算出所关注车轴截面的等效应力值.
This paper designed a strength rapid evaluation system of axles based on Matlab GUI, referring the calculation method of EN 13104, in order to improve the efficiency of axle strength evaluation in the process of train axles optimized design. With the guidance of the interface and programs in Matlab, import the design parameters to the system, and finally output the stress results and moment diagrams of axles. Taking a high-speed train axles as the example, compared and analyzed by respectively adopting the rapid evaluation system and the finite element simulation. The results show the system can evaluate the strength of axles rapidly,and calculate the equivalent stress value of the selected sections accurately.
