摘要
矿用自卸车物料倾卸过程受力情况对车厢和举升机构的设计具有重要意义.针对典型车厢结构形式,构建满载条件下物料堆积模型,依据岩土摩擦理论,分析物料倾卸机理,给出举升过程质量及质心位置函数,给出物料倾卸过程中满载举升卸货与满载举升不卸货条件下后铰支点及举升油缸受力变化曲线,为矿用自卸车结构设计提供技术基础.
It is of great significance to conduct research on the forcing condition of compartment and lifting mechanism of the mining dump truck.The paper gives technology basic conclusion for the mining dump truck,which consists of the following analytical procedures.Firstly,the material accumulating model is mathematically constructed with compartment structure under the condition of capacity load.Subsequently,the mechanism of conducting material dump is analyzed according to the theory of rock and soil friction,followed by obtaining the function for Q and center-of-mass of the truck during the lifting action.Consequently,the value change of defined function lead to the result of force changing trend curve of the back hinge pivot and the lifting oil cylinder under both the loading and unloading circumstance during the dumping procedure.
