摘要 为了改进汽车水性金属漆的搅拌效果,在六直叶涡轮搅拌桨叶的基础上,设计改进了一种新型的错位曲面搅拌桨叶.利用ANSYS CFX软件,分析了搅拌罐内部流场、速度场、流动方向、剪切速率场的分布情况.计算结果表明,这种改进搅拌器桨叶相比于原始桨叶的流体流动速度更大,流动形态有所改善,剪切效果也显著增强.该研究为进一步优化和实验研究提供了必要的理论依据. In order to improve the stirring effect of automobile waterborne metallic paint,a new type of dislocation curved stirring blade was designed and improved based on the six-blade turbo mixing blade.The internal flow of the stirred tank was analyzed by ANSYS CFX software field velocity field,flow direction,the distribution of shear rate field.The calculation results show that the fluid flow velocity of this improved mixer blade is larger than that of the original blade,the flow pattern is improved and the shear effect is also significantly enhanced.This study provides the necessary theoretical basis for further optimization and experimental research.
