新时代水土保持监管工作基本思路

Basic thoughts for monitoring and supervision of soil and water conservation in the new era

为保障新时代水土保持工作提供更多优质生态产品、满足人民日益增长的优美生态环境需要,亟须强化和养成"人与自然是生命共同体"思想自觉和行为自觉,推进荒漠化、石漠化和水土流失综合治理。在分析水土保持工作存在的不足和面临的挑战基础上,研究提出了新时代水土保持监管内涵、主要工作内容、技术体系及其主要成果,为全面加强和规范水土保持监管工作提供借鉴。

To provide more quality ecological products form soil and water conservation and meet people＇s evergrowing demands for a beautiful environment in the new era, the consciousness of ＂man and nature is the community of life＂ is strengthened in thought and behavior, and comprehensive steps to control desertification,stony deserts, and soil erosion must be taken. Based on the analysis of disadvantages and challenges of soil and water conservation work, this paper introduced the conception, work contents, technical system and main achievements of monitoring and supervision of soil and water conservation, and provided the references for comprehensive strengthening and standardizing monitoring and supervision work.
