《东华》是在日本发行的汉文学杂志,主要登载日本作者的汉文学作品,创刊于1928年,编行机构为"艺文社"。《东华》中的汉诗作品涉及二战时期中日多方面的历史事件,尤其在直接描写中日战事、反映日本的对外政策、反映日本对侵华战争的态度、反映日本对我国台湾地区的殖民统治以及表现战争带给民众的痛苦等方面具有史证作用。《东华》并非纯文学性杂志,它虽然是为了存续发展汉文学而创办的,但受到国家、时代等各种因素之影响,具有较强的政治性、时事性,成为日本舆论宣传的工具,其中的汉诗作品对了解战时日本国民的心态有着重要价值。

Dong Hua as a Chinese-literary magazine issued in Japan mainly published the Chinese literaryworks written by Japanese writers. First published in 1928, it was compiled by the organization Yiwen Journal.The Chinese poems in the magazine recorded many historical events occurred in China, Japan and other coun-tries during the Second World War. It is of great historical value in the aspects of the direct description of theSino-Japanese War, the reflection of Japanese foreign policy, the explanation of the Japanese War attitude to-wards China, the record of their colonial rule over Taiwan and the pain of the war to local people. The journal,beyond a pure literary magazine, was founded for developing Chinese literature, but influenced by various fac-tors such as their countries and that time, with strong political feature for the affairs of that time. It became atool for publicizing Japanese public opinions and the Chinese poetry works were of great value to the under-standing of the national mentality of the Japanese people in that wartime.
