摘要
辐射末端结构类型对其换热性能的影响很大,然而现有的辐射末端换热性能评价方法中缺乏能够反映结构影响的参数。本文基于辐射末端传热模型提出结构热阻的概念,并通过实验测试对比分析了四种辐射顶板的结构热阻值。结果表明结构热阻可以较好地反映不同结构类型的辐射末端换热性能,并且基于结构热阻的预估结果可以满足工程应用的精度要求。
Heat transfer performance of radiant terminals is strongly affected by their structure.However,lack of parameters which can reflect the influence of different structure is a drawback of existing methods for evaluating thermal performance of radiation terminals.Highlight of this paper is to introduce the concept of structural thermal resistance based on heat transfer model.After several experiments,feasibility of this novel concept is confirmed and also,the structural thermal resistance values of four common radiant ceilings are obtained and analyzed.Meanwhile,the predicted results based on structural thermal resistance can meet the accuracy requirements of engineering application.
