摘要
人员在应急避险空间内长时间生存时,去除人体代谢的CO_2是保障人员生存的重要措施。为提高CO_2净化效率,设计了一种二氧化碳净化装置,并利用Fluent软件模拟净化过程流场分布,优化其结构。通过实验测试该装置的净化性能,结果表明,在CO_2浓度1%,循环风量在550~600 m^3/h情况下,吸附剂装入无纺袋布置方式的平均吸附速率为0.176 L/(kg·min),而平铺布置方式平均吸附速率为0.247 L/(kg·min),相比前者提高了40.3%。
When people survive for a long time in the emergency shelter space,the removal of carbon dioxide from the human body is an important measure to ensure the survival of personnel.In order to improve the efficiency of carbon dioxide purification,a carbon dioxide purification device was designed,and the fluent software was used to simulate the flow field distribution and optimize the structure.Experiments on the purification performance of the device is tested,the results show that when the concentration of carbon dioxide is 1% and the air volume of circulation is 550~600 m^3/h,the average adsorption rate of adsorbents loaded non-woven bag arrangement is 0.176 L/(kg·min),and the average adsorption rate of tile arrangement is 0.247 L/(kg·min).Compared to the former,it increased by 40.3%.
