对文丘里供料器的三维数值模拟及正交分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用欧拉-拉格朗日方法建立数学模型,对文丘里供料器建模并进行三维数值模拟,通过正交表安排模拟工况,探究不同结构组合和不同稀相运输工况对压降的影响。对模拟结果进行极差分析和方差分析表明,固气比和喉部直径对于文丘里供料器压降结果的影响极为显著,而固体和空气的入口管径对于结构的压降没有影响,并通过分析得到压降最小的文丘里供料器结构组合。 By using Eulerian and Lagrangian methods together with the conduction of orthogonal design,three-dimensional numerical simulations of a series of venture feeders are performed,in order to study the pressure drop of venture feeders under different structure combinations and pneumatic conveying conditions.The range analysis and variance analysis of the calculation results indicated that the ratio of gas and solid and the throat diameter have great influence on the pressure drop of the Venturi feeders,on the other hand,the inlet diameters of solid and air have the least influence on it.A combination of venture feeder that has the smallest pressure drop is also concluded.
