摘要
为提高马槟榔种子萌发率,促进幼苗生长,以新鲜采集的马槟榔种子为材料,采用不同浓度的高锰酸钾(KMnO_4)、硝酸钾(KNO_3)和双氧水(H_2O_2)进行浸种处理,研究不同处理对马槟榔种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:在试验浓度范围内,高浓度的KMnO_4、KNO_3和H_2O_2,显著提高马槟榔种子的发芽势和发芽率,其中20mg·L^(-1) KNO_3浸种处理,发芽率为97.34%,发芽势为73.52%;5mg·L^(-1) KMnO_4浸种处理发芽率为98.00%,发芽势为73.83%;3mg·L^(-1) H_2O_2浸种发芽率为98.67%,芽势为63.43%。其次,不同浸种处理对马槟榔幼苗株高的生长也存在显著影响,以浓度为15mg·L^(-1) KNO_3、2mg·L^(-1) KMnO_4、1mg·L^(-1) H_2O_2效果最好,株高分别达到17.80、14.40、19.20cm。不同处理对马槟榔幼苗根长的生长也有显著影响,效果最显著的处理浓度为15mg·L^(-1) KNO_3,4mg·L^(-1) KMnO_4,1mg·L^(-1) H_2O_2,根长分别为8.00、8.94、10.90cm。综上所述,3mg·L^(-1) H_2O_2浸种24h处理是促进马槟榔种子萌发和幼苗生长的最佳条件。
In order to research the effect of different seed soaking solution on seed germination and seedling growth of Capparis masaikai.Different concentrations of potassium permanganate(KMnO4),potassium nitrate(KNO3)and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)was used for seed soaking.The results showed that in the experimental concentration range the higher concentration of potassium permanganate,potassium nitrate and hydrogen peroxide reagent all could significantly improve the horse areca seed germination and germination rate.Under 20 mg·L(-1) KNO3 soaking treatment,the germination potential and germination rate were 73.52% and 97.34% respectively.The germination vigor and germination rate of 5 mg·L(-1) KMnO4 soaking were 73.83% and 98.00% respectively,and 3 mg·L(-1) H2O2 treatment were 63.43% and 98.67% respectively.In addition,all of potassium permanganate,potassium nitrate and hydrogen peroxide had remarkable effect on the growth of plant height.The concentrations of 15 mg·L(-1) KNO3,2 mg·L(-1) KMnO4,and 1 mg·L(-1) H2O2 had the best effect,which plant height could reached to 17.80,14.40 and 19.20 cm,respectively.Three kinds of reagents also had a significant impact on seeding root length,the most significant effect of the concentration were 15 mg·L(-1) KNO3,4 mg·L(-1) KMnO4 and 1 mg·L(-1) H2O2 which the root length could reach to 8.00,8.94 and 10.90 cm,respectively.In conclusion,3 mg·L(-1) H2O2 immersion treatment was the best condition for seed germination and seedling growth of Capparis masaikai.
