摘要
本文提出在同一管网下一种多泵并联变频运行离心水泵节能控制的方法,它是离心水泵在多种工况下动态分析各种台数情况下适配对应管网曲线,计算得出能耗最低的开启控制模式。以水泵系统的模拟计算和管网分析作为手段,对各种水泵系统情景进行综合测算。同时,本文分析了该控制方法的内涵及其计算流程,并结合案例计算了解此种控制方法在各种台数下水泵能耗情况。
This paper presents a method of energy saving control of centrifugal pump running in a multi-pump parallel inverter under the same pipe network. It is a suitable method to simulate the number of stations in a series of working conditions which consumes the lowest energy. Taking the simulation calculation and pipe network analysis of the pump system as a means, the comprehensive evaluation of various water pump system scenarios is carried out. At the same time, this paper analyzes the control method and its calculation process. Combined with the case, the pump energy consumption under this control method in variable units was introduced.
