田园综合体模式对乡村规划的启示--以信阳市郝堂村规划建设为例

The Influences of Rural Complex Mode to Rural Spatial Planning:As a Case of the Plan Construction of Haotang Village,Xinyang

通过对田园综合体概念及研究进展的梳理,分析了信阳市郝堂村规划建设的方法和措施,提出了田园综合体规划应依托农村现有基础,充分挖掘当地民俗文化,构建城乡综合发展空间;结合当地产业,通过多元化产业融合,实现农业和三产的协调发展;通过盘活土地、加强生态保护规划、城乡基础设施共享,实现农村的可持续发展.

Through the analysis of the concept and research progress of the pastoral complex. This paper ana- lyzes the methods and measmes of the planning and construction of Haotang village in Xinyang city, and puts for- ward that the rural complex planning should rely on the existing rural foundation, fully taps the local custom cul- tree, and constructs the comprehensive development space between urban and rural areas. Combining the local in- dustcy ,through the diversification of industrial integration to achieve the coordinated development of agricuhme and tertiary industry; Through revitalizing the land, strengthening the ecological protection planning, sharing ur- ban and rural infrastructre to achieve the sustainable development of rural areas.
