摘要
将模糊影响图法理论应用到某市变电站工程改造过程中造价存在的风险识别,通过定义语言变量模糊集,构造模糊影响图的关系层和数据层,确定结点间模糊关系并进行评估,得出价值结点的发生概率,从而选出影响大的风险因素,着重进行管理和规避.结果证明:模糊影响图法是一种比较贴近实际可行的电力项目工程造价风险评估.
The theory of fuzzy relation graph is applied to identify- the risk of the cost in process of substation renovation in a city. Firstly, linguistic variables fuzzy sets are defined, and the relational layer and data layer of fuzzy association graph are constructed. The fuzzy reation between nodes is detemfined and evaluated, and the probability of the value node is obtained, so the larger risk factor is selected to be managed and avoided. The resuit shows that the fuzzy relation graph method is practical and feasible for evaluating the cost of power project.
