地方本科院校在转型发展中首先要做的就是对过去的办学定位进行重新审视.通过对地方院校理工科学生的职业素养和就业能力的现状调查,发现学生对就业前景和职业需求并没有清晰的认识,对就业准备不足,对职业素养和就业教育的需求较大.在此基础上,提出了构建多元化的能力培养方案、建立"跟踪订单式就业指导教育模式"、提供就业能力培养的舞台等措施.

Local undergraduate colleges and universities in the development of transformation the first thing to do is to trthink the past school localization, by means of local colleges and universities of science and engineer- ing students＇ professional quality and employment ability at ptrsent situation investigation ,founds that students＇ employment prospects and professional needs and there is no clear understanding, ill - ptrpatrd for employment, the demand for professional quality education and employment. So as to put forward the construction of diversified ability training plan, establish ＂ tracking of ordering employment guidance education model＂, provide employment ability training stage or other measurs to foster professional quality and employment ability.
