摘要
针对案例学院公共管理专业研究生在公共部门就业比例不高的问题,本研究根据社会职业认知理论框架,对案例学院2005年到2016年研究生进行调研,分析验证公共管理专业培养会通过个人目标、结果预期、社会网络关系影响该专业研究生的就业选择,课程教学内容不能通过自我效能信念影响到研究生就业选择。之后,根据公共管理专业研究生就业选择的影响因素,对案例学院专业培养的制度设计给出改进建议,以期提升该院研究生的公共部门就业选择。
Not so many graduates from School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua untor. This study wants to find the effects of career choice by professional educCareer Theory. The sample consists of SPPM graduates from 2005 to 2016 and the data is collected from survey and inter-views. Date analyses show that personal goals, outcome expectations and social net^ vorl^s afect career choice of graduates, but education contents can not afect career choice via self-efficacy beliefs. Some proposals aboucreasing the rate of public sector career choice of SPPM graduates are made from the research finds.
