高校思想政治教育的"育人"与文化的"化人"在功能上具有一致性,二者都以教育、影响、熏陶等形式,促使大学生树立正确价值观念、文化修养、思想意识和行为习惯等。目前我国高校思想政治教育存在文化化人失效、精神滋养不足、文化追求乏力、核心价值缺位等诸多弊端,严重束缚了文化化人的应有实现。因此,高校思想政治教育在融入中华优秀传统文化之时应坚持辩证性继承、创造性转化、创新性发展,进而厚植高校思想政治教育育人中的文化底蕴,追求"各美其美、美人其美、美美与共、天下大同"的文化价值。
