中国法学教育的思考

摘要 我国开办法学专业的院校规模大,质量下滑,毕业生实践能力不强,就业不佳。需正确处理法学教育与职业教育、法律实践的关系,法学教育不是职业教育,但应加强法律实践教学。法学教育应该从课程设置、教材和教学三个方面进行改革,课程设置应增加其他专业的必修课,增加法律实践课程,增加法律职业伦理课程;教材应有全国统一规划,同时增加实践教学的内容和法律职业伦理的内容;教学应处理好理论与实践教学的关系,增加实践教学设施,让教师胜任实践教学和实现考核方式转变。 China has a large scale of law education and its quality is declining,and the graduate’s ability to practice is notstrong and the employment is poor. It is necessary to correctly handle the relationship bucation and law practice. Law education is not vocational education, but its pshould be reformed in the three aspects of curriculum provision, textbooks and teaching, like that other vocational courseshould be added to it, that the law practice course should be increased as well as the law occupation ethics, that thereshould be nationally unified textbooks with the increase of the contents of practice that teaching should deal with relationship between theory and practice by adding practice teaching facilities so that theteacher can be qualified for practice teaching and change the way of assessment.
