摘要
以禹白芷为材料,分别以不同量的硫磺进行熏蒸处理,利用高效液相色谱法检测禹白芷有效成分白当归素、欧前胡素和异欧前胡素在熏蒸前后的变化,采用酸蒸馏-碘滴定法测定二氧化硫残留量,还利用原子吸收法测定Hg、Cd、Cu、As等重金属元素的变化量.结果显示,在采用硫磺熏蒸禹白芷的方法后,随着硫磺用量的增加,禹白芷药材中残留的二氧化硫含量增加,重金属Hg和As的含量也增加,并且禹白芷的主要活性成分白当归素、欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量也明显下降.
Different amounts of sulfur were used for fumigation treatment of Angelica dahurica. In this pa- per, high performance liquid chromatography was used to detedct the changes of the effective components of An- gelica dahurica, byak - angelicin, imperatirin and isoimperatorin before and after fumigation. Acid distillation - iodometric titration was used to determine the amount of sulphur dioxide. Atomic absorption spectrometry was al- so used to determince the amount of heavy metals such as Hg, Cd, Cu, As. The results showed that after sul- phur fumigation, with the increase in the amount of sulphur, the content of sulphur dioxide residue in the Angeli- ca dahurica increased, and the content of heavy metal Hg and As increased, and the main active ingredients of Angelica dahurica, byak- angelicin, imperatorin and isoimperatorin also decreased significantly.
