摘要
某高炉煤气柜的大口径进出口阀门使用较短时间后出现无法开启的故障。从故障现象入手,结合推理分析和解体检查两个手段寻找故障点;在找到故障点为蜗轮蜗杆减速机构之后,通过对失效件的理化性能检查排除了其材质及制造质量不佳的可能,并通过力矩计算分析把故障原因聚焦于设计选型有误导致的减速机承载能力不足。最后,进一步分析了阀门操作频度对减速机使用寿命的影响,并建议采用其他执行机构型式来较为彻底地恢复阀门开闭功能。
A large butterfly valve used in the inlet/outlet pipe of BFG gasholder could not be opened after short service. Through analyzing and carefully inspecting, it was indentified that the worm gear mechanism responsible for transmitting power and motion from the motor to the valve was severely worn down. Based on hardness testing and surface flaw detection for the worm gear, the possibility of poor material quality or manufacturing quality was ruled out. Then, through torque calculation and analysis, it was found that improper design consideration and insufficient capacity of the worm gear mechanism to meet the torque required by the valve had been the cause of quick wear of the worm gear. The effect of valve switching frequency on the life of worm gear was further analyzed and it was suggested to replace the worm reducer with another actuator type in order to completely solve the problem.
