摘要
重点介绍了酒钢煤气加压站进站焦炉煤气二次精脱萘系统的再生气由蒸汽再生改造为成品焦炉煤气再生的工艺升级优化。通过对酒钢焦炉煤气再生气系统及煤气管网系统的优化改造,有效避免了大气环境污染及再生气的蒸汽直接排入大气对人体健康造成较大安全隐患的问题。
The paper mainly introduces the upgrading and optimizing transformation of the regenerated gas from steam regenerating to product coking gas regenerating in the secondary naphthalene removing system for the incoming coking gas at the gas pressurizing station of Jiuquan Steel. Through the optimizing transformation of the coking gas regenerating system and gas piping system, environment pollution and the potential risk affecting human health by regenerated steam directly discharged into the environment are avoided.
