Practice of Energy Saving Operation in Air Separation Plant

空分设备的能耗是空分单位一项重要的指标,目前各生产厂家对节能降耗工作都非常重视,介绍了柳钢在空压机系统、工艺调节、生产组织等方面降低能耗的一些做法,以及在实际运行过程中取得的效果。

Energy consumption is an important indicator in air separation plant, so all air separating plants attach great importance to energy saving work. This paper introduces some practices of Liuzhou Steel in energy consumption reduction in the air compressor system,process optimization and production organization as well as the effect obtained in actual operation.
