摘要
以某煤层气液化项目为原型,结合项目情况介绍分析了该工艺的特点,并运用HYSYS软件对氟利昂预冷混合制冷剂液化工艺进行了模拟计算,为小型煤层气液化装置的工艺流程选择提供参考。
Taking a coal-bed methane(CBM)liquefaction project as a prototype, the paper introduces and analyzes the characteristics of the process combining with actual project situation. HYSYS software is used to simulate and calculate the liquefaction process with R22 pre-cooling mixed refrigerant. It provides some reference for process selection of small coal-bed methane liquefaction plants.
