摘要
以G4-73№8D型离心风机为研究对象,利用NUMECA软件对其叶片进行开缝数值模拟,结果表明,开缝对风机内部流场有一定优化作用,并依据叶轮流场和风机性能的改善情况,确定了最优的开缝角度和开缝位置,在最优开缝方案下,流体在流道出口的速度比较均匀一致,且风机全压提高4.25%,效率提高1.49%。
Taking the G4-73 №8 D centrifugal fan as the research objective and using NUMECA software to numerically simulate its blade slot, the results showed that the slotting had some effect in optimizing the internal flow field of the fan. Based on the improvement in field flow and fan performance, the optimal slot angle and position were determined, with which the speed of the fluid in the nozzle was more uniform, the total pressure of the fan increased by 4.25% and the fan efficiency improved by 1.49%.
