摘要 利港电厂在1#炉包覆过热器及5#炉后屏过热器爆管抢修中采用了充入压缩空气查漏,并成功查找到隐蔽泄漏点。对这一真实案例进行了总结分析,为今后锅炉一、二次汽系统爆管查漏提供了一个新的思路。 When the clad superheater of No.1 boiler and rear platen superheater of No.5 boiler of Ligang Power Plant suffered pipe bursts, leakage was searched by filling in compressed air and hidden leaking points were successfully found out. The actual case was summed up and analyzed, to provide a new approach for leakage searching at pipe bursts in the primary and secondary steam systems of boilers.
