Research Progress on Polyester Plasticizers

聚酯增塑剂是一种性能优良的环保安全型增塑剂,有优秀的耐溶剂抽出性和抗迁移性,可有效改善塑料制品的耐久性和安全性。本文介绍了聚酯增塑剂的性能和应用,重点阐述聚酯增塑剂在抗迁移性、耐热性、增塑效率、复配性能等方面的研究工作以及新型的生物基聚酯增塑剂最新研究进展,指出了聚酯增塑剂的发展趋势,提出我国的增塑剂行业可朝着生物基聚酯增塑剂方向进行开发研究。

Polyester plasticizer is a safe and environment-friendly plasticizer, which has a small mobility and is not easy to be extracted by water and solvent, so that it can effectively improve the durability and safety of plastic products. Performances and applications of polyester plasticizers were introduced, and the research work of polyester plasticizers in the aspects of migration resistance, thermo stability, plasticizing efficiency and compounding property and the latest research progress of new biological-base polyester plasticizers were mainly described. Based on the tendency of polyester plasticizers＇ development summarized, the development of plasticizer industry in China could focus on exploitation of biological-base polyester plasticizers.
