摘要
天然色素具有较强的生理活性、基本无毒副作用、来源广等特点,被广泛地应用于工业化工和医药领域以及作为食品添加剂使用。现代提取技术已广泛应用于天然色素的的研究,现对超临界流体技术、超声提取技术、微波提取技术、膜分离技术以及大孔吸附树脂等技术在天然色素领域的应用做一综述,旨在为天然色素的深入研究提供参考。
Natural pigments have the advantages, such as strong physiological activity, basic non-toxic side effects and wide source, etc. , which is widely used in industrial chemical and phamlaceutical field and used as food additives. The modem extraction methods are used to get natural pigments. The research progress on the supercritical fluid, uhrasonic extraction, microwave extraction, membrane separation and macroporous resin in natural pigments was summarized.
