Research Progress on Preparation Technologies of Improving Oral Bioavailability of Chinese Medicine

口服中药的生物利用度问题一直以来受到古今中外学者的关注。本文介绍了中药的生物药剂学分类,并结合具体实例对提高口服生物利用度的制剂新技术包括固体分散技术、磷脂复合技术、包合技术、自微乳技术、纳米技术等方面的研究现状进行综合分析。探讨了制约中药高口服生物利用度制剂研究与发展中存在的问题及对策,从而为高口服生物利用度的中药制剂研究提供了参考。

The bioavailability of oral Chinese medicine has been paid much attention by scholars both at home and abroad. The biopharmaceutics classification of traditional Chinese medicine was introduced. Combined with concrete examples, the preparation techniques to enhance oral bioavailability, including solid dispersion technology, composite technology, inclusion technology and self- microemulsion technology, were analyzed. And the problems and countermeasui^s in the research and development of enhancing oral bioavailability of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed, so as to provide reference for the research of Chinese herbal preparations with high oral bioavailability.
