摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定三七中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的方法。38批三七样品采用微波消解法进行前处理,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定其重金属含量。结果表明,本实验方法各元素线性相关系数0.9996~1.0000,加标回收率为86.8%~105.3%,RSD为0.4%~8.6%。经测定,38批三七有19批重金属超标。该方法简便快速,准确性好,适用于三七中重金属及有害元素的测定,是控制三七质量的有效手段。
A determination method for Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in Panax notoginseng by ICP-MS was established. 38 batehes of Panax notoginseng were prepared by mierowave digestion, and determined by ICP-MS. The correlative coefficients of standard curves were 0. 9996 - 1. 0000 with the recovery rates in the range of 86.8% - 105. 3% and RSDs in 0.4% - 8.6%. 19 out of 38 batches exceeded the limit of heavy mental and hazard elements. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for determination of heavy mental and hazard elements in Panax notoginseng. It is a reliable technical method to control the quality of Panax notoginseng.
