分析广州市机动车排气定期检验机构的管理模式,研究对机动车排气定期检验的精细化管理方法,将排气检验机构的资质、人员、设备等要素纳入管理;对排气检验方法、排气检验设备、排气检验操作、排气检验工控软件、排气检验车辆属性等进行全面实行监管;采取比对检验方法,实现对检验机构能力的验证。

The management mode of the motor vehicle exhaust periodic inspection organization in Guangzhou was analyzed. The fine management method for the periodic inspection of the motor vehicle exhaust was studied. The qualifications, personnel and equipment of the exhaust inspection organization were managed. The comprehensive supervision over method, equipment, operation, work control software, vehicle attributes of exhaust inspection and so on were carried out. The comparison test method was adopted to verify the ability of the inspection institution.
